It is finally nice outside! 70 degrees and sunny! I got sunburned on my face and I’m loving it. Warmth means shorts, tank tops and flip-flops. It means hanging out on rooftops and by the water. It means going to the Brooklyn Smorgasburg (outside version)!
Ahhh, Williamsburg in the summer. The tents are set up and the grilled cheese is melted as the Brooklyn Smorgasburg opens on Saturdays at the East River State Park. The Smorgasburg is a lovely adventure with friends to try new cuisine and mingle with other New Yorkers out on the prowl for the next big foodie craze.
After scarfing down your food, I recommend heading over to Space Ninety 8. Spend a little time shopping for the perfect accessory or outfit, then hit the roof top bar. It’s still a bit of a hidden gem since it just opened on April 11, 2014.
